Isray was jerk and the family is lame. I do not think that Chicago can't win, but I think that it is unlikely. You have talked a lot of smack and thus will feel silly if the Colts win. If the Colts win, I will try and avoid pointing out your mammoth wrongness.

Also, the Colts beat the Coyboys in Super Bowl V.

probably the worst superbowl pregame show EVER!!
probably the worst 1st half of football in a superbowl EVER!!

    other than that,
    Bears defense didnt show up
Colts defense rose to the occasion
    Manning didnt choke
Vinateri actually missed a kick, and suprisingly didnt cost the colts the game.
Someone needs to coach Grossman to lead recievers instead of throwing in the general area. The game wasnt entirely his fault, as the whole bears team didnt seem like they were in it.

    and weak commercials

probably the ugliest superbowl ive seen, rain or not - manning adapted to it by the 2nd half. Maybe fate did route its course and gave him rain winning superbowl.

oh and the media seems to hate the bears, 2-3 hours of pregame and it was basically all manning. Practically 0 coverage on the bears.

I have to admit being a born british football(soccer)fan i was not that interested in this event. But Since a few TV channels gave it good coverage and explained how the sport actually works it was a very entertaining to watch and got me more interested in the sport. The only thing i couldnt stand are the constant adverts which in the UK were not used to, being as the only time you advertise during a football match is at half time.

All in all i cant wait for the next superbowl /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

Yeah, arch you have to get used to the "commercial" breaks.

american football is a very TV friendly sport, commercials between posssesion changes, time for instant replays between each play. Plus every game is played only on weekends except monday night football. This allows the game to be publicly available to everyone who watches it, anytime the ball goes dead you have instant replay or commercial break. Also theres only 16 games of the year, so its really not very time consuming as following a basketball team or baseball team.

either way that superbowl was U-G-L-Y.

Why do they always die out after 2 TDs. This always seems to happen! The last 2 minutes of the game was the most Ive see Rex play through the whole game. Hurts to be a bears fan.
