Try buffering while holding with Aki for reference.
I'd rather stab myself repeadedly in the eye with a rod of shit then have VF loose it's G button and the functions applied by it. Seriously.

Agreed. Not saying that VF should lose the g button. Like I said, I think the g button is the better design. Just saying that the stick block does have its merits as well.

 

I've heard great things about Bushido Blade but have never had the pleasure to play it. I had an N64 instead of a playstation so I missed out on most of the good fighters that came out in that time period. N64 had MK, Super Smash Brothers, and Wargods 64 woop-dee-doo.
