Damn, nobody want's to share what they've gotten? :(

Well, just got this in today... a Playstation Virtua Stick.

The overlay seems less prone to peeling on the edges like the Saturn Virtual-On OMG twin sticks, and Saturn Virtua Stick. This stick looks pretty much unused.

Best of all, no frickin PERMANENT smudge/oil marks on the bottom panel.

I also got this in today too.

A beautiful box from Amazon.co.jp. I had a lump in my throat just looking at the box, as I knew just what awaited inside.

At this point, my breathing is getting shorter and shorter. I'd like to point out just how great and beautiful the packing is... proper amount to packing material- double boxed and all. I live to see this kind of care in the packing- gotta love it.

Oh yeah, almost getting to the magic bean. We're at third base here. A fuckin' Viewlix. The VLX's box is perfect. If US shippers took this kind of care!

And the money shot. Not just any VLX, a Diamond VLX. This thing is beautiful. I don't want to molest it further with my fingerprints and body oils. I just want to look at it. Sad I know, but this will be a "trophy stick."

If you need help feeling like less of a hoarder I'd be happy to show up with a truck and clear out some of your excess gaming goods. :p
I don't get cool stuff like you do in the mail but a few weeks ago I did get this off a guy on GTZ for $1
    [IMG]

For now it stays folded up in my top drawer until I can get a frame it.

I just brought the wooden custom box made for my custom hitbox out of our local cabinetmaker. And I must say it is piece of art in it's way.
It is made out of 1/5 inch oak planks connected together with oak plugs only, but it is solid enough taht you can beat dinosaur to death with it and the box will still be as it is now. All conrners are perfectly round, wurface is perfectly smooth and feels very comfortable to rest your hands upon. It also is heavily impregnated with superresistant alkaline appropriate for childrens since age of 0 months, so it is supposed to withstand years of playing. I did not weijghten it yet but as it is now (without any parts inside) it is about 1/2 or meven slightly less of the VSGH weight.
    And I am lovin' it.

As far as I know. I think it came with sonic 2, the back is just previews of "upcoming" Genesis games. The guy I got it from actually got it in a trash bag full of manuals and cover inserts from an old rental place. It's not much but it's gaming nostalgia to me. ^_^

Niiiiiiiice. How much was it to make? Does he offer painting like say, a hard lacquer? Let's see it when it's done.

It was like 60 bucks or so in US dollars.
If I will like to have any paint on it, he will give it to me to paint it and put the alkaline on it afterwards. Basically he will do whatever I will ask for, it is just matter of money. He is reall artist in his job.
