Do you have no concept of what "insanely restrictive contract" means? It's possible that isn't the case. Still, why be owned by the UFC if you don't need to be?

 

MMA fans like Darthminion are MMA fans with a grudge. They tend to hate fighters or fans unreasonable. It's as if they are mind controlled my Dana white.

 

lol Fatalrose its the truth though UFC has the best fighters , everyone knows that. I don't personally hate Fedor as i said in my last post hes a decent guy but its the Fedor nutthungers that make me dislike him as a fighter.

Plague: No Fedor can choose where he wanted to go but everyone knows by not going to where the best present day competition is he would be tarnishing his status as so called no1 ranked HW in the world.

 

I hope Chuck Liddel doesn't get passionate fans. Then you'll dislike him, too.

Of course he can choose - until he signs with UFC! Then, the choice might be gone. Do you read anything about restrictive contracts and what they mean? I don't know if you've ever signed on a dotted line before. That sort of thing changes your life.

 

Until very recently you could not make an intelligent argument that the UFC had the best heavy weights. What, Tim Sylva, check congo, frank mir? No way.

more recently: carwain, cain velasquez, lesnar, dos santos, and maybe even roy nelson (altho i still don't buy him yet)...now UFC can make some claims about heavy weights. But a 1-2 years ago, the HW was a joke. IMO

 

Very cerebral. This is the type of thing that is all to easy to forget as fans.

 

UFC is generally held as the best. Period. That has been a fact for the last 3 or 4 years. Fedor really does need to come and test himself there. Outside, he has Werdum and Overoid.

UFC 117 up next... does A.Silva come into the fight looking to murder?

 

Chael "I'm going to fucking Kill You!" Sonnen might make the UFC117 main event awesome. IF he wins - it will be awesome. If he loses - the action that take place before hand will be awesome. I don't know much about Sonnen - what I see in his other fights is that he likes to FIGHT rather than run away.

I don't care who wins this one. I want it to be fight of the night.

 

I hope Sonnen keeps up the quality shit talking!

I want A.Silva nice and mad coming into the cage. Maybe we will be treated to another Silva vs Forrest performance

But as for the odds of Sonnen winning? no chance imo

DREAM.15 - Aoki's heel lock on Kawajiri was epic.

 

I was hoping Kawajiri would pull it out, because it would have meant the best MMA fighter in Japan had not been beaten easily by a still-developing Gilbert Melendez.

 

I was rooting for Hawajiri as well, just because Aoki is a shmuck. The ring was proven to be a relic of the past.

 

Why is Aoki a shmuck?
