Hair and eye colour count towards your item total as well, so if you've never purchased these, you should. Same with the curse/dunce items too (I think).

Regarding Akira's Zombie item though, we all saw pictures of it aaaages ago (check out the last pic on this Akira items page), but we're only seeing it now on Ohsu Akira, so I'd hardly call this item a secret... it was just released late.

Hate to be a party pooper, but I really doubt there are any secret items left in the PS2.
