gho, i have a theroy that the sticks that ryan gave em were probly put in another machine or was joynapped for another machine. that guily gear xx reload and SF3 sticks have been working a bit good. a bit too good if you know what i mean,...............

When it gets confirmed that a FT machine is in Troc, I can guarantee myself, Slim, Rayne, Lead(probably), Darius (probably) will be up...for umm... coming down to play it and I'm sure our pad players (Elite, Ev2 and Kain) will want to see it as well. If we get the numbers boosted up, we could possibly hire a van and do the return trip all you guys did getting up here (albeit without out the gayness of what happened here).

Time to print off Akira's FT commands methinks...

 

I will be coming down to Troc for a game of FT when it releases in Feb, I miss the VF scene back in my country though, but sigh, we got the machines, but not enough players. Right here, we don't have the machines, but we have a decent number of players. Apparently, I went down to Troc 3 weeks ago and was disappointed that the sticks weren't in working condition, perhaps they should start repairing it soon.. Oh well guys, wish all VFers a successful 2005.

I am just gonna add to this thread and explain a few things.

I have been through the discussion of buying Final Tuned for Troc and I have successfully talked Ullysis into buying Final Tuned for Trocadero as I explained it would be a good business venture as well as other things.

I went through all the seperate parts that we need to have Final Tuned here. I have sent him a list so he knows what to get.

I have a friend in Japan who works at a Sega so he can order FT directly from him. I will be in the middle to make sure things go smoothly.

The VF Final Tuned we will get will be version B

We will get a brand new (or maybe even two brand new) back to back setups with card readers and cards.

I'll have to order cards from Japan so when we have the game, if you want one then just let me know.

We will NOT be connected to VFNET.

We WILL be able to record our wins and losses here on our cards. If you go to Japan, you can register your card and have your name put on too, it will still show when you come back to the UK as well /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif

If you rank up past 10th dan in Japan then come back your higher rank will still show here in the UK

New sticks and new buttons for all new cabinets.

Me and Ullysis are preparing for Absolution 2005 where VF Final Tuned will be one of the featured games.

well i have the card thing sorted already but i never did figure out how to put names,items etc etc etc on my character.

I would like a card as well, as always Lei Fei. Any chance you know someone in Japan who can do card customizations?

What I'm really feeling is the A2/B2 changed moves for Lei Fei plus it'd be nice to have your own customized character with colours and items. I don't care much for ranking just a customized Lei Fei I can call my own.

After after listening to Saur and reading BK and Archangels post's about cards I figured customizations can only be done in Japan (A place I'd like to visit some time soon).

Heck just for that I'm willing to compensate anyone who can do me a customized card of my own. I've got the money but due to where I live and University I won't be going abroad anytime soon and like to catch the FT period at my best at the start not in the middle like I did with Evo.

I'm really looking forward to playing FT and garanteed I'll be there in the first week it comes out in Troc.

Akairyu, yes I know many people who can do customizations, I see one of them every day when I look in the mirror. /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif I will register a card for you while I am there. Don't know about items though, what, put manz through the bare labour of having to get wins in Japan with Lei Fei? Allow that boy! /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif If it was a character I use then no problem. If anyone uses either Akira, Kage, Jacky, Wolf, Goh, Jeffry, Lau or Aoi then I could make a card and put some items on but then the stats would not be completely your own. I know items look cool, but I say you lot should just have your names put on your cards but then have the records completely your own which means no items unless you go to Japan. It's better like that I say. Ok I will get cards much later when we have the game already. No point getting them now. I wanna see a blood signed contract before I do anything. /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif By the way, the troc staff seemed to have a next agenda for my sticks so I joy-napped my own sticks back off troc /versus/images/graemlins/wink.gif I have them still. Maybe I will just keep them for FT ver A, I was just watching some FT movies and personally I don't even mind if we get ver A. FT is FT for me.About the card, I think the card will work on ver B but once used on ver B you won't be able to use it on ver A anymore, hehe, not that that will matter anymore right. When you do finally go to Japan to get cards do you know if you can get the A2/B2 Change moves?
If it is something simple then would you mind getting it for us, but If it requires the same long process as getting items and colours then allow it.

Knowing that I'll soon get to use a card for myself does brighten my VF outlook on things. Anyway about getting a card... You want to see a blood contract? Hang on let me get a knife... Okay where do I sign? /versus/images/graemlins/grin.gif
