UK Players: UMSD version2.0 Tournament

Yeah about a months time, 25th sept.

I was trying to organise groups so people knew ahead of time who they'd be playing...and wouldn't end up travelling all the way here and end up playing the same old guys from back home all the time.

Hello everyone

Well with nearly going two weeks without internet and playing the new KOF Maximum Impact, I'm finally back online and logged on today. Seeing that I've just found out today that there is a new UK tournament for VF and other games, I'm definetly interested in coming. Sign me up for VF and the other Beat em up's.

hey optimus, tis okay if i come with you guys on the train? i got emulators and pads for all Kof games so it wont be boring on the train!

Groups look fine to me. but LM, u shudnt need to change it to satisfy people. sometimes people need to deal with the cards they are given.

just a thought......

 

Thing is, if there is an obviously unfair group that I am unaware about since I don't know how good that many london players are, then I think it does make sense to change them. At the end of the day, it's about enjoying the game.

 

Yeah blatant bring your pads, you got any snes games too, mario kart would be jokes /versus/images/graemlins/cool.gif , suppose I could burn a few games for the trip.

 

fuck yea i got that shit. i got an xbox usb adapter that lets four player connect at a time. so if u got any xbox pads thatll help

i have no problem with the groups at the moment. i just hope no-one else from London that is really good comes up, coz then there might be a chance that i lose, and we can't be having that now can we. (although pinking's Akira is MEAN, so he might give me a hard time. plus, Darius' Lion is not bad, and i have no idea what to do against Lion.

Jacky is his main. He plays Jeff as secondary.

 

i just hope that darius doesn't play brad, because he was really shit, and thats coming from me /versus/images/graemlins/laugh.gif his lion was 80 billion times better

Hey, he still beat pinking's Akira with his Jeff (and Ironmike of course, besides the rest of our group).

And if we're talking about DeLune, I did essentially sacrifice my place to him in the whole thing.

Isn't Mr Dark a decent player?

 

Mr Dark is one of the Edinburgh crew, IMO he was about as good as Darius' Lion. He was stronger last time I was up there in Scotland.

 

My gut feeling for this time around is that the general standard is going to be bloody high. Which is good of course, I just hope everyone plays as well as they know they can on the day, that'd make things far more interesting.

u got ryan, g ho (watch out for this guy), optimus, stalwart, akairyu (mean lei fei), randon (who i brucked up last time at absolution), and jide. these are the guys i really fear. watch out for them. and god help you if some of ryans jap friends come over.
