hey ollie i tried mailing you but said you excded yr messgae quota, some crap like that, can u help me out or anyone for that matter. all this PC jargons doing my head in. i need some PC advice, i got a trojan horse and cant seem to get rid of it, i went to safe mode, switched off system restore, revealed hidden files, then used nortan to scan and and found 2 trojans, a trojan horse and a download.trojon. I deleted them, but each time i log on the PC nortan still alerts me that i have a trojon.
the file name is
svchos1art.exe, in my windows c drive. i found the file deleted that, but still get the same alert message???. can u help. A friend suggested that i download bitdefender, is that worth it????.

I can't seem to find any info on that file. The best you could do is prolly quarantee the file until Norton gets a update to fix it.

VF session with UK VFers

Hi everyone, I've met some of you at absolution, for people who don't know me I'm a french VF player, member of the CTPL (the the association which organizes fighting games tournaments in France)

In case some of u aren't aware of it, Ryan is coming to France on the 18th of June for a big Tekken5 tournament.
I was wondering if some of the UK VFers would be interested in coming to France along with him to have a VF session at my place on the same week end.
I can provide acomodations for 3/4 people and friends should probably do the same as well. The set up would be 4/5 TVs and I can host 20+ people including french players so this could be a great session (or mini-tourney if u want).
I always felt like UK had a great scene but they had pbms to get together to have sessions (cause it's so hard to find a place to gather many people in London). Where it was quite the opposite in France, our scene is not that great but we could set up session quite easily thanks to a friend. So this should be the the right time mixup the advantages of the two scenes

Hi French Akira, Unfortunately I can't make it, woulda loved to come but I'm gonna be really busy with study and work during the summer /versus/images/graemlins/frown.gif , plus I've just come back from holiday so money's not too good /versus/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
Sup Gwai did you sort your pc out? Install a decent anti virus programme and keep it updated regulary, AVG is a good free one, get a firewall programme (e.g zonealarm) and use Spybot, adaware, install firefox (Internet browser) and your pc should run fine (run a search on google for those names I listed if your not sure),
and oh yeah stop going to dodgy sites /versus/images/graemlins/wink.gif
(Btw I reversed Pai's swallow kick in FT, it's classed as normal mid now, how do you like that biatch! /versus/images/graemlins/grin.gif )

I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I suck at using this site, so I apologise if this should be somewhere else.
Basically I am in a position now where I have the financial means to come to London and play some games.
I am able to come down anytime on a weekend, but I am off of work from the 23rd July (Saturday) to the 31st (following Sunday). This means I can come down anytime from Friday night onwards.

Do you think it would be possible to get something together?

I tried to PM Optimus, but it said somthing about him hitting an inbox limit....

P.s. I will need a place to crash, if that is alright.

Ok good to hear your still playing vf ^_^,
I think it might be a bit short notice to give people to be honest though, I myself am very busy recently and it's probably the same for others from what I know, maybe Sham can organise a session at the weekend or something else, probably best to wait until more people read this. If I hear anything I'll post it here to let you know.
(P.s , Anyone know what the limit is for the Inbox? I've deleted alot of messages already but I don't know if it's enough?)

Optimus, it doesn't have to be when I am off of work, it can be any weekend, anytime. I just put that up in case it was possible.
Jeffahn PM'ed me and said that Sham can probably host a meeting, so I'm still waiting on that.
