From what I've tried, it can be low thrown and it will duck full circulars (tested it with Wolf, Jacky, Blaze, Pai and Lau), and you can still also low throw it.

There's always something that puzzled me. In Evo, when I did that move, sometimes it would give me the neutral chop throw instead of the suplex. Any reason why?

the neutral chop throw executed when wolf ended up in front of the opponent after DM. the suplex came when wolf ended up on the opps side.

The kick is his Kenka Kick (/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/db.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif). If it hits on a counter hit, it causes a head collapse. From there, you can go in to the Emerald Frosion moves (/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif,/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/db.gif,/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif,/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif,/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif or /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif,/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif,/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif). The one in the video was the latter (like a fastest input Giant Swing).

They appear in training mode, but they're misleading. They're the moves you have to do after Rolling Elbow (/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif,/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif). In reality they should be noted as after a head collapse.

There are three moves of Wolf's that cause head collapse:

    /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif,/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif (on any hit)
    /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/db.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif (on counter hit)
    Facing wall, /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif (any hit)

You can hit the throws after any of those.
