    Just once I'd like to see a lot more reversals from some of these people. I think it opens up your offense a lot more if you know the attacks and where they hit you. It might seem stupid for some people but I spend a lot of time on practice mode just anticipating where I'll get hit and reverse it. True nobody is 100% perfect when it comes reversing an attack but it can frustrate your opponent when he thinks he can't hit you. I know there's more to the game than just doing that though.

    No, she didn't "reverse" the throw /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif

    Aoi was going into stance and then did a stance-dodge. I guess that put her out of range enough to make Kage's catch throw miss.

    sidestepping a catch throw is kind of weird, does anyone know if this works against other catch throws as well, (goh, akira, lion wolf) ??

    I'm guessing the dodge will only work against those catch throws with lots of forward movement (kage's, wolf's [4][4] or [6][6][P]+[G]). Aoi's stance-dodge has a lot of sideways movement and if you try a catch throw with lots of forward movement while you're relatively close to her, if you look at the vectors of each movement you'll see that you end up beside/behind her very quickly where, apparently, the catch throw isn't able to catch anymore.

    Goddamn it!! Fuck Chibita!! I would really like to see someone kick his ass for once. It's no fun seeing someone always dominating anything. I'm praying for Chibita's downfall. Die boy!!!!!!!

    no more like fuck u, i'm sure he will stop dominating when his oponents get better, not that they aint good already.

    Nobody's forcing u to watch the vids so if u dont like chibita dont watch him there are plenty of other players out there to see.

    looks like Chibita finally decided to accept his official rank (from the Lion title srcamble), although he's opted to put it on a separate card (you can see that his win total goes from 99 to 100 after beating PE).

    Bet he still uses his black rank card at the arcades, and this one at these kind of Sega events (seems like most other players had the special rank put onto their normal card).

    He is human. Just because you don't see him lose doesn't mean he wins all of the time. In fact, I've got at least 4 vids where he does lose (one was a beating by a Vanessa player...shocking /versus/images/graemlins/ooo.gif).

    Just accept the fact that he's good. Hell, a 70% player from Japan could probably own most 80% players stateside, so these aren't scrubs he's beating. And to my knowledge, he's only won one major tourney (this past Evo), so he is human. But Chibita is damn good at playing vf, just face it /versus/images/graemlins/wink.gif
