You can see the new pak sao animation and deduce somes properties. Now it's really similar to wolf's RAW. You can't use pak sao against a punch which will knock out you, and you cannot use it from side hit.

 

Yeah it's lettuce's channel. He posts on his blog about system and character specific stuff. He did a similar thing for VF5 and VF5R.

@1:16 - Lion low roundhouse is guarded and he is left at -21.Jacky's Launcher hit frame is on the 17 and on a crouching opponent it seem to get them up at max height. Scary!!

 

The frames in VF5 version C are identical so Jacky can also 33k a guarded low roundhouse from Lion. You might use Jacky's 33K as an 18f move since you have the extra direction input in version C, in R I think the command was changed to 6K and it might also be 6k in FS. It looks like a normal guaranteed hit so the height seems normal. With the block animation back from VF3 it's easier to recognize that you should go for guaranteed attacks.

The sabaki Van does from her new position is something I didn't expect at about 2:07. Van seem to have more surprises the more I see her in FS.

Yeah, I'm aware it's not a true combo as such as it's escapable in at least two places and may be staggerable out of in parts too, but all the same, it's 210 damage!

This how FS Akira should be played it seems & he really moves as well as look more realistically in this vid.

The walls in Final Showdown now break a lot easier, making it possible to completely break a wall after a KO if you splat them properly. You can see how this can be a major factor into the match.

This Aoi player gives me a lot of problems because he's extremely good at reading my patterns and honestly, if the wall splat hadn't occurred, I don't think I would've won the match.
