    Kurita mentioned on his twitter feed that Vane may have either lost the moves the have a stance change built-in, or that their commands have changed. I hope it's the latter, because the former borks a lot of combos [​IMG] OS seems to have less attacks than before, as well - but again, speculation based on brief play.

    Maybe they have reduced the add-on delay before you can execute the next move in backdash and evade and stepping will be more akin to what it was in VF4? This might create new defensive techniques depending on how the frames change.

    On the VF Dojo site it says I need a plug-in, but when I try to install it, it won't let me. Anybody else have trouble? I'm using Firefox if that helps.

    I think you might need octoshape plugin. Thats pretty common now in various fighting game streams.

    @2:16 Brad appears to do the full middle spin (ducking [K][+][G]) but I didn't see nor hear Brad duck!? To top it off, he seems to do it immediately after a back dash evade! Crazy shit.

    Soul Calibur 2 had something like that when you did a perfect step. SC1-3 had while landing moves (a different set of attacks opened up when landing from a jump) and in the Lion vs Pai match (on Kage stage) the Lion player seemed to be using similar mixups after landing from a jump (in round 4). Interestingly both elements were taken out of SC4.

    Faster evade and movement canceling? Could that make ARE and fast crouch dash canceling possible again? Has anyone been able to confirm 10f throws yet?

    It looked like Brad has a push-kick now from Ducking. It looks like it might be a guard-break and if it is... holyfuckingfluxcapacitator [​IMG]

    It kinda looks like Phase Turning no longer spins. Brad just shuffles to the side without spinning. Obviously, I can't tell for sure... but if he can still avoid attacks with it and not telegraph that he's doing Phase turning... that would also be pretty cool. Why spin when he can just slide to an opponent's side and put high/low/mid/throw pressure from there.

    It might replace the knee launcher on Ducking K. if so i hope it gets a guardstun because that kick looks deadly.


    To be honest i gave this a long thought.... He's a infiltrator. I somehow thinks he works for J6. They sent him to this site to flush out the scene to rile us up to gather data for the newest revisions to see whats we want and how we respond to Sega internal ideas. I mean for a guy who does'nt play games he sure always has something to say.

    Could be a new animation for slipping. Slightly slower looking but maybe more evasive?
