Yeah I'm not going so I will definitely email back so someone else can get a spot.

 

anyone trying to make a weekend out of it for those flying from out state? or just flying in saturday back out sunday?

 

I'm leaving monday but I might go to Disney on Sunday. Depends if you guys get a lot of people for a side tourney on sunday or not.

 

I signed up there, so I guess I should be getting an email soon(hopefully).

 

I guess airplane's trip isn't included

I wont be able to make the event. Dont have the cash to go to this and EVO. Emailed them to decline my invite so hopefully someone gets my spot. I look forward to seeing everyone!!

 

Just got another invite again. Don't know if it was by mistake, it looks a little different from the first one so I'm not sure. Anyone else get a second invite?

I know from the first one I got replied saying I can bring a guest. Anyone confirm we can do that? Just in case I take someone along.

Haven't seen any update on pre-party or after-party activities...someone local get that going!

 

Me too, but with different emails I used to apply.

I assume the capacity is still plenty of so SEGA is trying to bring more guests.

 

I did get a email saying I could bring 1 guest so long as they came in the same time I did

 

i got an invite, but : "Please note that we will not be able to pay for travel/accommodations if you intend on journeying to LA from out-of-town."

So since i'm not exactly close to LA i guess i'm not going. I already gave my answer so don't worry, my spot won't be wasted.

 

I got an invite a few days ago, so it looks like I'll be going.

Is there still some kind of meeting being planned for before the event? I've never met any of you, so it would make it hard for me to know who everyone is.

 

If anyone has room in the hotel or crib in the LA area, let me know asap. I don't have a license so staying away from LA is a no go for me. Hit me up via here, Twitter or Facebook. Because if no one has room or just busy general, I'll cancel this trip and hit up EVO hardbody instead.
