VF5R Location Test Movies

^That isn't new, it's in VF5. The animation is new though...

 

Having El Blaze's /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/u.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif + /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif jumping lower is a big nerf to that move... No more "Blaze-o-port" over so many moves...

Nerf? Now the move won't whiff all the time. That's called a "boost".

 

I think Lucky was talking about Sarah's hitthrow in flamingo, which you mentioned was "new". She's been had that move since part 4, Gernburgs. The animation is different this time.

 

Forgive Sega for allowing Jeffy to be recognize as being Tall 11 years later. Maybe the shorter Characters should Punch upwards and downwards like in VF2 or Make the roundhouses lower to accomidate Shun and blaze.

@Worstplayer- Nah Marduk is Bob Sapp, Jeffy his going to get a Sunroof and Beard items to be Like Kimbo Slice.

Taka's mobility, specially off some of his stances (looks like) is superb. Not only bc he's so big and still agile but also bc of the excellent ability to evade attacks.
He seems to have some RAW-like stance where he looks like he's just playing rope-a-dope.
Lol @ Taka trying his Makoto-style throw where he picks his opponent up by the neck with both hands and then gut punches them. Looked like he could barely lift himself off the ground XD

This stage looks so much more beautiful now.

I don't know if that double-handed low that Lion does at the end of the match is full-circular or not but it looks crazy.

 

Wow, Wolf's new stage is sick! Also, Jean totally wrecks Jacky here...lol

This stage really does look great, the sand effects are so real!

That Lion kind of looks like a full-circular, but then again...Either way, Lion has managed to prevail in this battle of the French-men. lol

 

Man that Akiraplayer sucked.. That stage is scary..the walls are too close.

Im in Heaven here Folks cuz Seems like as i expected with Jacky's added moves. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif end with the Bruce Lee type kick he used on Chuck Norris lol! I guess After seeing Law get this Kick combo it was only right to give it to Jacky.Opponents need not to worry cause you can treat it the same by crouching so it no treat there. Also seems as if he has a new /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/db.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif low sweep type move (If is that kind of motion.) That would probably Down on counter. His Walking animation is all new all with different speed velocities.


After watching this i really don't wanna play VF5 no more lol!

In vf5 that combo does 80 so you could say Sarah's combo damage is increased.. heh. Jackknife input is supposedly changed.

 

Sarah has some killer damage combos. Most of the good ones I've seen to far are off CH.

It seems that my theory on slipping /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif being a high elbow was right (1:04).

Note that you'll have to make an account at Nicovideo before you can watch this clip, but just run it (the main page) through the translator on google (Japanese to the language of your choice) and it should be pretty straight forward. Shouldn't take you more than 5-6 minutes if you can be bothered and you won't have to sign in again.

Also, if someone knows of a way to rip clips from Nicovideo (other than realplayer which for some reason doesn't retain the original's quality) I'd be very grateful.
