VF has a snowballs chance in hell on appearing on the X-box.

In Nordic mythology, Hel is a frozen netherworld...

I'm not Nordic. Hell is hot.

As for the X-box thingy & DOA 3 selling a million worldwide. Well, 1 -- it was the most impressive game next to HALO. I'm curious -- how many units in Japan & how many in the US. Then, how many actual X-boxes in the US & how many in Japan. We know that Japan's is extremely low compared to the states, but I'm just curious.

In all honesty -- I doubt that Sega would settle for less than a 1 million local to Japan. DIdn't VF$ on PS2 sell like 490,000 on the first day?

Since the Xbox's release on Feb. 22, Microsoft has sold about 165,000 units, falling one third short of its goal to sell out of its 250,000 initial shipment by now, Media Create Co., a Japanese research company, said. The sales figures are based on a nationwide survey of retailers and video-rental stores.

There you go, GaijinPunch. Looks like you are correct. Check out the score for the end of the week:

PS2: 100,000 consoles sold last week
GameCube: 25,000 consoles sold last week
Xbox: 4,300 consoles sold last week

::shakes head::

You know what the funniest part about VF4 selling almost half a million on the first day in the us ? That after the first day of sales, there is hardly anyone who really plays the game hardcore. So sad. lol. oh well. I mean, at my Babbages, they had 73 copies in and I had to wait in line to get it. I talked to so many people and not one person knew this was already out in the arcades and they really only had the intention of buying this game to wait for Tekken 4. Oh well. Life goes on.

Didn't DOA2 and DOA2: Hardcore did better in sales, than DOA3 anyway ?

Especially in Japan, didn't PS2 DOA2 outsells Xbox DOA3.

Those were wacky times, about DC and PS2 exclusive stuff.
