    My favorite BGM so far has got to be Shun's raft stage. Suits the environment, atmospheric, blood bumping, memorable and distinctive. My second favorite BGM is probably the Great Wall stage, but what I don't like about it is that if it is truly Lau's then the music doesn't really fit the character.

    In up0024.wmv (Lion vs Eileen) at 2:39... Eileen attacks and Lion does DM followed with evade attack. Eileen tryes to crouch (looks like without attack, but I am not certain about it) and... Lion gets a VIOLET counter? What's that?

    If I were to take a guess, I'd say a side counter hit? It might have a special hit effect if a non-knockdown attack was used?

    BTW, didn't you mean up0025.wmv?

    Lions evade attack is Special High so any low she attempted at the time would have been snuffed out. The flash is quite interesting could also be a bug too :S
    Myke's idea is interesting though

    In the Eileen vs. Lion vid, Eileen attempts a throw after an MC low punch which results in a clash with Lion's [2_][6][P]. A similar thing happens in the Sarah vs. El Blaze vid where El Blaze gets a clash after an MC low punch but with one of Sarah's kick attacks. Assuming VF4 stats, that would mean clashes occur at least at +5!

    Wow I'm beginning to wonder if throws are now too strong in VF...punch -> throw and low punch (MC) -> throw are still good tactics then. Can low attacks be clashed in VF5? If not wouldn't that place too much emphasis on a good low attack for reverse nitaku?

    Yeah, side hits does a blue flash hit effect now. Guess from that pic it seems more purple'ish. A lot of new movies today, I'll put them up later today.

    Check out the last clip from Myke's first link. It's Kage vs. Eileen. Two interesting things:

    - The RO combos

    - At the end of the second round Kage does LP MC and then attempts to throw, but Eileen beats it with a punch string! No clash. This could either mean Kage was late or that punches can't be clashed.

    In 200604222037_Pa_vs_Ao.wmv, 0:19 min... Pai starts a juggle, then P, P+K, and... WTF? Ground trampoline effect in Tekken style? OMG. Am I alone in this, or thing like this look really stupid in VF? /versus/images/graemlins/deadpan.gif
    In VF4 things like this leeds to excact TR situation and if failed, big ground attack was guaranteed. But this? /versus/images/graemlins/tear.gif

    BTW The same effect at 1:00.
