VTYME Full Results

First off, I would like to thank everyone who came out!

I would also like to thank KpC for helping me run the tournament and picking up/dropping off players. Flash, for helping me organize the VF tournament, bringing equipment, housing players and also for helping me promote it as well!!!!!

Thanks to everyone who helped with brackets. You guys made the tournament run very smooth.

Thanks everyone who flew out of state, we had 18 players fly in this year, a VTYME record, as well as many who drove 10+ hours to compete!

I want to apologize to the VF players however. I didn't get to speak to you guys that much. I'm glad the turnout was good, and I hope VF tournaments keep getting bigger and bigger!



I'm sorry I didn't have more set-ups. When UMD canceled on me last minute, it really messed up a lot of planning. I had TVs already worked out to be available for us through the school. I'm happy things worked out last minute however.


If I do any more VTYME's in the future, I am going to wait until I get a sponsor. It's too much trouble trying to do something as large as this with no backing.

Good games to everyone I played. I enjoyed meeting all the new players. I really would have liked to play everyone some more, but I ended up helping run SC3. Extra props to AdamYuki and Jerky for taking me out of the tournament, and to Jinmaster for still paying out the guaranteed money despite the venue problem.

 

Good games to all, VTYME was a blast, as was the afterparty. Meeting the crowd from NY and all points north was great, and I definitely learned a lot with so much talent in one room. Yo, this was a great event...it was awesome to see the NYC crew again. Y'all know you family and welcome anytime! It was awesome to also meet Yupa, Jerky, and all the other cats. Good times.

 

Nice use of Wolf play. We Wolf players need to slow down the use of the giant swing and 66 P+K.
