yeah i dont think i've seen the knee pulled off on command so easy. I wish he had used the move more though, but he still done good.

 

I think Steve is thinking of making it just Saturday and VF will be a regular since it brings in the players so ask him about it.

There were lots of really good players and it was great to watch the skill on display. I cerrtainly want to get back into practice and play people properley at some point.

I didn't actually play any VF yesterday only SC2. I was the Sri Lankan with the black t shirt. What I saw yesterday though really inspired me to get back into practice. Hopefully after a few weeks i'll be up to scratch. At high levels VF sure does look alot better than SC2.

 

I must turn up next time! I had a couple of people round mine playing various games. I wanted to go, but couldn't leave them.

I'm way out of practice though...

 

Props to all the people who came down, there was some cool matches /versus/images/graemlins/cool.gif. What impressed me was how everyone is so good now.

Optimu's Aoi has evolved more since last time, really smart play there. Can't wait for your Aoi, shun and wolf team to be on top form again. Stalwartssamurai, give us some Sarah loving!!

Arch's Pai is furiously fast, keeps reversing my SE/SDE!! And I always falls for his tripping move trcik /versus/images/graemlins/blush.gif. I'll definetly wanna play your Pai more. Yep you are right, I need to work and SPoD into my game, need more practice /versus/images/graemlins/smirk.gif.

Bareknuckle's wolf: your movement is real good man, constantly moving and you have some nice surprising setups going on there, keep it up.

Dai/Vosor: Crazy good as usual.

 

next week it will be VF, SC2 and street fighter(hopefuly super turbo) yea saturday was fun, everone seams to be getting more personal style, not just copyin' trainin combos!, Odas gou was ill, i like his sholder ram,single palm,low kick,low pickup combo, its like 50% right?
barekukle was cool to, kinda remind me o vf3 k-stepin have to remeber i cant low block the 2nd hit of the spinin double elbows!
dakira, i guess hes the one with the pumas on, looked like he became much better then the week before, knee then down attack punch is cool, an less of the s'ram,staning palm, punch, double palm! i sware its standard with akiras now! and i better remember that spod eats low block, didnt really play other people(super turbo u see) but VO really needs to learn pick his jacky insted o vannesa all the bloody time!

Hi all.yeah, the play has raised alot dakira is cool,optimus shun and wolf ,bare... wolf cool, archangel`s pai cool, raging`s sarah etc.... you guys must be putting some real work in on quest mode and stuff. Very impressive...to Random and any others who may wonder, for the 450,000 time i dont have VF evo at home and i never had.only practice i get at the mo is when i come play you guys or goto P2W maybe once a week. Yeah i could revive jackie but i will do that when i practice with him when i finally get Evo at home. Anyway, my vanessa apparently still holds her own, which is cool.

Hi guys ive orderd my copy of vf4 evo and i cant wait to get stuck into this game, i played vf1 in the arcades and realy loved it but not played the game since /versus/images/graemlins/frown.gif anyway ive started a chatroom for us virtua fighter gamers in irc just for us uk gamers, if you download irc and connect to a quakenet server typ in /join #vfuk and hey presto /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I think last week the VF players started turning up from around 3. It was a very good turnout last week. I think Gamefocus might just be Saturdays now.

i will bring my memory card to get some replays.. i may be able to get some footage on the web this week atleast since i conveniently may have the DV camera for the weekend, however any other time, it would cost me to travel down to my college to hire it again, i don't think i can afford it right now.

lets hope we get a good turnout and good play, heh, i may have to bring out my newly trained Brad for workout /versus/images/graemlins/cool.gif
