Well, it's a Japanese Youtube channel. It's not really intended for our consumption, but we can still look at it, much like NicoDou. I don't see why people get so excited about it, all the VF5R vids are meant for the arcade bunch.

But not Halo 3. In fact, I dislike FPS in general... I've heard about girls on Halo, too. How they do things like that.
I really only play fighters and survival horror games, or the occasional RPG.
