What's your raw reaction speed? Test inside

You guys aren't gonna believe this but I cannot see the flashes either. I didn't even know they were there in VF4 until my friends told me, and even then I still never notice them.

i did a bit of trawling online about the subject and came across this graph showing where you should be for your age and gender:

I'm 24 and I always score 170~180 so that would be correct (the chart). I know you could probably click randomly and try to be lucky (2ms screen prooves that /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif ).

Anyway, too bad that just means I may have good reflexes, but doesn't mean I'm in any way good in VF /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif

As for the flash, I heard many people say that they don't see the yellow flash on counter, but I can't imagine how else would you recognise MC!? For me the yellow flash is the ONLY indicator (I don't pay attention to the hit sound effect).

 

You can just look if your opponent is attacking or what not, that and the yellow flash is what I try to pay attention too.

i don't pay attention to flash colors....maybe i'll take a look for that next time....also the different sound on hits, cant ehar it. prolly my tv, i know when i go to my bro's house you hear noises in the stages that don't even register on my tv

 

I look for the flash as well but in vf 2 and 3 I used to just listen to the sounds and watch the animation as there were no blue or yellow flashes.

I only tried the game a handful of times and I was generally getting between 180 and 200.

i got 199.32 thru 25 clicks. Being a little more awake does make a difference. Well rested and drinking coffee around noonish i think i could close in on 180 : )

Then 242.8 after 10, with noise.

 

I am really slow I don't rank in the top 100 I will try again but it sucks that I don't rank in the top 100 after just a few clicks.

 

according to comments on the site using a wireless mouse increases your times by up to 40ms.

since i have a wifi mouse, this is the scape goat i intend to ride to justify my slow times /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif

I got a paltry 209.9 over 30 clicks. It explains the many 'elbow > heel swords' that get guarded/crouched due to my inability to hit-check.
