you are very interesting....1 - you did not say how many times I beat you (lost count actually) and then you post a post about trying to learn vanessa when i was there beating nuff times...you can ask me i dont bite !? and please try attacking more instead of waiting and throwing,it maybe how you play, but very good throw escapers will render most of your arsenal useless! so if you would like to learn vanessa i can help no worries, but posting here after winning 5-6 times against me when i have 20+ over you is...well....

I'm not a serious Pai player, but from what I know [8]or[2][P]+[K] should be used after a combo string and the opp will TR afterward. Anticipate it and when you see it, just let it lose. The trip itself is 10 points damage but the fall is 20 which adds up to 30. If you see the animation of the trip go for a [8][P] or [3][P] if the opp is a good struggler. This will teach people to stay down and it looks cool. Best time and place to use it is no wall stage when you could almost ring the opp out but not close enough. A combo like [2_][6][P]~[P]~[6][6][P][K]. After the [6][6][P][K] they will be afraid of been push farther out so the TR. So, look for the TR and use [8]or[2][P]+[K] accordingly. Of course it can other combos, but don't work after [9][K][K] for the obvious reason of recovery.

    Have fun and experiment.

i wasnt throwing all the time, just most /versus/images/icons/grin.gif , but i overall think i played a good match but i was attacking maybe not as much, but still need to work out a routine. Also no need to tell the whole world my loss record /versus/images/icons/grin.gif thats like telling people how much i weigh which aint alot /versus/images/icons/grin.gif !!!!.
Reason i posted a vanessa thread cus i liked the chains u were pulling out like her rising jaw breaker thingy, [P]+[K][P], [3][P],[P], [6][6][P],[P] and i tried those out and they worked pretty well as a strategy combined with her low punches and kicks. Somthing i find hard to do with pai as most of her moves hit high and not to many hit mid or low.
ill probably be at play to win on saturday so maybe u can show me some pointers on mastering V

Yes I think that is extremely unfair.......I'm sure you will agree that Ryan is much better than us and that was basically the only guy we got to play.

Since there is a prize involved too, also the system allowed the scrubs to be ranked higher than both of us.
we could have both easily got a streak of 20-30 against those guys.....I think someone needs to have a word with Derrick about this

    hi
well maybe not 20-30 win streaks but there is a void neverless between us and the other players.everyone there played well in my opinion,A_A did good, and buttonmasher`s kage was cool as was bareknuckles wolf etc. ryan was red hot as usual ,and i kept going out 3-2 to him which is so frustrating. but respect, he`s got mad skills, but i think oda and company will be at the other tournaments so it will hot up even more!

also,it is true what yamato said about the rankings. if we were mainly left to fight ryan, while they could fight weaker players than themselves, then that isnt fair for their ranks do not really reflect how they are with respect to ALL the players present. If derrick wants to work like that, then he should create to league tables then!

    anyway,to all there,thanx for coming,it was good....

Personally i didnt really having to see the top guys sit it out and wait like 2 hours for a turn. If i really want to get better at evo then is'nt it best to face the best players, i've been there a few times now and i still havent even got to face vosor yet or yamato for that matter. The huge void between players is only gonna get wider if we dont get to face the top people.

Ok maybe 20-30 was a bit of an exageration......but I was just trying to make a point and from what I saw probably only Bare Knuckle would have stopped me or Vosor's winning streaks, well of course each other as well.

Vosor when are you going Play2Win next time?
