Rommil's never intentionally pulled any time I've played him. Bad luck against you I guess.

Don't accept the match lol. But I've played Rommil quite a bit as well and I'd have to agree it's not like him to pull. I believe two people use that account though. I think one's a pai player and the other a goh/taka but I could be wrong. They try hard to get better, so I'd give him another chance but hey if it happens again, you know what to do next time.

Sorry if we disconnected, doubly sorry if it happened twice. I can assure you that I'm not a puller or rage quitter. I'll gladly give you two free matches in ranked to make it up. But please realize i am not a cheater. I despise pullers and it sucks to see my name in this thread.

Rommil, I'll take your word for it. Thanks for offering, but I'd rather just play than get free wins.

TinTin, I get a lot of messages telling me how bad my connection is (It's a shared connection in the building I live in) and that I only win because of lag. My memory is hazy, but I don't remember it being to good when I've played you. Either that or I didn't put up much of a fight against you.

I'll keep an eye out for you and we can play again if you like.

 

Yea them disconnects are random without warning. I've been diaconnected just as I was bout to lose. Lucky for me, dude was cool about it and understood. I still let him win the next time we played even though he didn't care, cause that was just messed up about the timing in which it happened.

Best way to tell is to look at their profile (if it's not blocked) and see if they are still on VF. And even still, power may have gone out, kids may have unplugged modem etc. Just have to judge for yourself with how often it happens. Usually, if you get a apology message, it was a random disconnect.

 

No lag. You beat my Shun like 3 times in a row, then I picked Wolf. Then I beat you. Then you never played again. But this disconnect bug has been a problem for me for some reason lately.

 

I'm at Defender(gotten as high as Sentinel once, but now there's maybe 3 people online ever), and I tend to do decently in my matches, but I tend to get bogged down by higher levels(hi G1 Tin Tin). They might lose to me once and then hound me 3-4-5 times in a row and I'll get wrecked and stop playing them after a while. I don't much like dealing with that, so if me not playing someone a tier above me makes me a dodger because I don't feel like getting stomped on for the sake of someone else's ego then so be it. Some matchups I don't like playing in general. Shun players especially.

People like Stl_Tm, MotorCityJacky, lots of people from here would jump on and be quick to challenge me 3-4-5 times in a row after beating me and that shit's not cool after a while. I don't even get so much as a GG in the thread! I almost would rather have the Tekken style blind pairing in ranked because of that. I don't want to play the game when people are trying to cherry-pick me for rank ups.

 

You don't have to play them man. Don't feel obligated just because they've been around longer.

 

If there's one thing I don't do is cherry pick. I fight anyone. With these past two weeks learning Shun I went from warrior downgraded to defender and back to warrior. So many people quit I just hit quick match. If I get paired with you over and over again its just chance dude. And I'm far from high level. I will play a person whose skill is way higher than mine over and over, losing every time . I don't care. I just want to get better. Not trying to prey on anyone. Not my style.

 

I've been on the site 5 years. I haven't always kept up because Georgia has no VF scene. I was playing as hard as I could play when I lived in Osaka, but here I play in ranked or I can't play at all. At this point I'm inching toward the latter.

Bad Game to tool Philly Seahawk. He played me one game on ranked, beat me 3-2, then invites me to Chat and proceeds to ask me why I'm such garbage, how American players suck and Japanese are so much better...Doesn't let me talk. WOW. He asks me if I compete. Wow, dude, you beat me. Whoop-dee-do...I may suck at VF, but, Philly Seahawk, you suck at life.

 

TojiDestro, I play room alot, I only play ranked if i cant find a match otherwise, so if you want you can add me . I am on usually at night EST. Often in a room with Gunsniper or bloodstyle.

P.S. LOL Phanatik, sucking at life is definetly worse.

 

He told me he wanted a rematch after i played him and he would destroy me. Not VF, but real life.
