XBL Good Games

Tricky got such a big lead in the beginning, you knew he was going to win from the start of that thing. It wasn't a shutout, but it was a blowout. If that was a football game, Trickys team was winning 27-0 in the first half. If the final score of the game was 42 - 27, it's a freaking blowout. The losing team could tell themselves they weren't beaten badly, but they'd be kidding themselves.

 

and this is the thing Shiny is talking about..its easy to ride someone nuts and say "they had the lead, they blew him out, hes free, etc" but then nobody steps up to show off their skills. theres waaaay too much backseat gaming going on. more people talk about vf instead of play it. best way to settle a score (friendly or hostile) is through OFFLINE Ft10s.
too many people dodge...they just say "oh i got nothing to prove" aka "i know theres a chance ill lose, so no thanks"

i dont necessarily agree with online Ft10s, especially since i play on psn, but...if its on XBL with some stability, its acceptable.

 

I agree with you. If someone thinks they are better than someone else then they should issue a challenge. And Richkwondo does talk quite a bit for someone who doesn't have any vids or hasn't even fought good players. He usually just runs his mouth and d--- rides godokunodan.

Also you've got your head up your ass if you think XBL has less lag in VF than PSN. On both , hit checking is a nightmare. Stomach crumple combos are hard to connect, unless you telegraph them. It's been established for years that XBL VF throws everything off with lag, (PSN VF is no better) but you're just a couple of n00bs who don't have a clue. You just signed up a couple months ago. Listen more post less. It's like trying to explain physics to a retard.

It was obvious to anyone with half a brain that dude was going to lose. You don't let a top player get a 4 -0 lead on you, and then your only response is to spam strings all day without hit checking any of it , praying something hits. That's freaking stupid, it's fighting a war of attrition . The intelligent people ( unlike you) in the audience could see it , and so could the commentators. If you listen and actually understand what the commentators were saying , they knew the challenger never had a chance.

Good games to Bloodstyle, DgtlSamurai KOF, EvenPit, CRASHEM8000, PrivatSnowBalls, SerialFROST, Mad Phat y0 and THE VERY BEST85 for taking part in the Team Battle tourney and the Player vs. The World event last night . I must say, that was a lot of fun and very exciting . Trying new formats are good and getting some good ideas and feedback from other players. This helps to make them even better the next time around . The matches were recorded, so they'll be available for viewing later.

Team captains are chosen and they choose who they want on their team. Next, the team captain creates the party chat for their team so they can set up the team lineup and then switch to game chat to get the tourney started going. You never know who you're gonna fight, so you gotta be prepped for anything. We'll host another one this Saturday at 9pm. If you want in, message Bloodstyle or myself on Xbox Live; it's first come, first served.

Player vs. The World is very straightforward. One player decides to take the challenge and fights the other players in the room to see how they do. Will you take over the world or will the world swallow you up?

whoa dude, no need to get personal geez... i see though that your just another talker that always gets beat on stream anyways. as a matter o' fact...this is coming from a guy who cant even land combos with vanessa? spam elbow? his only answer to switch shoulder (-->P+K+G) is 2 more??? ive watched you play and man...i gotta say your in no position to criticize anybody. id like to see you ft10 tricky or jacko and see how you do.

 

Don't judge people based on what you see from the outside looking in on or offline. I am not trying to dis you okay but I learned that what you see as a viewer from a stream isn't what you will see in reality when you play them for real yourself. I am not defending the guy at all but unless you play this person offline in that same situation and prove your point at that time you shouldn't be saying anything like that. This is just an objective point of view though and shows no bias 1 way or another so don't get salty when you hear this thank you

I dunno if this is directed to me, but if it is I'm pretty sure I could beat rich pretty good and I'm not even really good at this game. I play on PSN tho so I know he'll complain about lag tho just for the sake of beating his lame Vanessa I'd do it

I thought providing proof of a good game was place for the "good games" thread. It's sad that you feel obligated to enforce your personal opinion over certain material and rather than use any reasoning as to why it would be placed in the good games thread while also being passive by hidding the clip in a spoiler instead of shoving it down everyone's throat. Part time moderator sounds about right.

 

You should listen to the moderaters. They are trying to keep order ...otherwise it would be a mess.

Giving priority or favoritism to non-noob or more skilled players isn't a friendly atmosphere for those who want to get more involved in this community.
