Plague: it was great finally getting to play you. Your akira was pretty strong. But sadly I could see that the lag was affecting your play. Hopefully we will get some games where lag isn't too big a factor(offline) lol. Thank you for playing with me.

Divisibleduke: short set but your jacky is still getting better. You have much better execution than I do to do the combos you were doing. I will just have to stick to my hella basic online combos lol. Ggs dude

 

GGS to Dention. Played that dude almost all night in ranked, fun matches and playing him tells me what I need to work on. Almost took a few games off him, but the most I got at any given time was two rounds.

Played a nice Sarah, but I forget the gamertag...started with a V, ggs to that person as well.

 

Which Dention did you fight? because the Dention I used t fight never gave advice...even if you asked for it multiple times lol

 

I think he meant he tells him in that he'll beat the living shit out of him. Talking with his fist and saying "this part of your game is weak I will punish you for it wham".

 

GGs to all I fought the past couple of days. Yesterday was kinda bad for me, but it's all good..

Need more playtime vs Eileens and Wolfs now... Starting to get the 1 TE input down now a bit more consistently...

@Femto - that Sarah player was Vigaku, right??? I don't fight many Sarahs, but when I do, it's mostly his. That's a very solid Sarah, too.

@Jinxhand - That's the GT yeah. Need to go into Dojo and look at Flamingo.

 

We played last night jinx and I want to give you a tip, stop using threat stance so much lol.

I've already stated that it doesn't work on good players and I hope I demonstrated that. If you insist on using it however, I'll just say that the average transition move into threat stance setup while we're both neutral isn't going to cut it, you have to be super creative! Good luck.

I'm still shedding myself of Vanilla habits, so I'll take the blame for that... I wanted to try some things here and there, but yeah I'm pretty bummed out about threat not being so great, especially since it has great options off of it (except the lack of P+G from threat). Nevertheless, I can transition from using it only in specific combos where it's needed and keep it at that for now, until I can come up with something useful. Let's get more matches in...

Their level of play is on another level. Still, its all a learning curve innit?

Had some good games against cik18, he gets a special shoutout because when I played him a couple of days ago (2 bar) I felt that lag was impairing the game but he took me kicking him (with explanation) really nicely.

I saw him again yesterday (again 2 bar) and though why not? He didn't boot me, and lo and behold the connection was good this time and we had some great games!
