May the enjoyment flow like...something that flows well. Or something.

 

While I rarely play online, I really enjoyed it tonight (though I enjoy it most nights)!

Brisal: Thanks so much for inviting me to the room, had a great time and that last match was great!

Phanatik: Love fighting your Lei Fei. A lot of things I need to learn about fighting against Lei Fei but you helped me so much tonight and prepared me to watch for certain things when I went into Ranked tonight. Looking forward to more matches and again, I had a blast!

hseiken1: Great to finally meet you! I had a good time fighting you as well and am looking forward to next time! I think you would have won even more rounds if you didn't complete 3PP. That said, I have to look in a mirror because I have tendencies of doing 6PP with Lion without hit-confirming

Konjou: Man, it was so great to play you as always. Wish the lag didn't go up to 11 on the last match, but it was still very fun and again, always an honor. Looking forward to next time!

The Weiand: Wish we got to play each other more. I really like watching your Jeffry, though I only got to fight your Wolf but I enjoyed the fights! Looking forward to more next time!

Dennis: An honor to fight you. I wish I was playing with more yomi against you, but you sure punished me for that! I like your aggressive Jean and am looking forward to more battles! Very fun times! Very aggressive fights!

STL Tim: Man, wonderful Lion Mirror Match tonight! 1-1! And you won the last won in dominant fashion! Lol I was trying to show you 46K --> 66K --> 6_P(G) --> 43P+K --> 6PP but that one flopped... But it was a serious and intense match for me which was fun! Thanks for the fun battles and looking forward to the next time as always! I also like how we play very different approaches of Lion.

Unoriginal Sinn: Lots of fun in the matches tonight, but damn, Random?! Every match a new character! Glad I did pretty well, but that's just scary! Also, I feel like the handle is familiar and that you're a known player(?) so I just can't remember who... but either way, awesome VF, and it's crazy fighting one guy playing very very well with like what, 6 or 7 characters (again, Random selection, damn....)?! MAD PROPS!

I finally got my xbox back and got a chance to get into the groove again. It was nice being about to use a stick but I had to readjust some habits I formed using a pad.

It seemed more difficult to get games going on xbox. PSN, disregarding the recent drop out issues, never seemed to have problems. Maybe I am just not familiar with it yet?

Oh and it was awesome coming in as a kyu and having nearly every person drop challenge requests!

 

Good Games to Trykt and Tsumaki Kid. I'm slowly getting back to understanding the game better. I've still got to work at making a new offense. Playing ranked all the time has really given me a lot of bad habits.

Oh ok, you're sozos. Recognize you from shoutbox I think. I enjoyed the matches as well. The connection was not optimal but felt better than 1 bar wich it showed. Looking forward to more games.

Oh, I forgot to give a shoutout to ShinyBrentford last night! Thanks for the match, I hope we get to fight more soon! That was very enjoyable and I right now vaguely remember winning it on some BS or other. But the win/loss doesn't matter so much as I enjoyed finally fighting you and hope to fight some more soon!

I like how both of our lion's are on opposite spectrums. Lemme know if you want to get a longer session in sometime. I'd like to adapt some of that in my game.

 

GGs Tim! I really, really enjoy our matches and that we're even doing different things with Lion in this game--our matches have been so much fun and have resulted in a lot of high points for my evening online experiences because they play out so interestingly and it feels like we're showing off different aspects of Lion's game ^_^

Last night's games, like the night before, were exceptionally fun for me!

We will definitely have to get a long session going sometime

 

GGs to the guys I played the last two nights. Played SDS Overfiend in player for a session. Thank you for indulging me since it was obvious you were the far better player. After awhile I just tried to turtle and read what you were doing and counter. Jacky seems so fast vs my Sarah that I stop trying to go move vs move and just try to read and punish.

Pretty sure I got raped 12-1 and the longer the session went, the less it felt I could control.

Funny. I felt like I was "eating the bear" for awhile on ranked. Even defeated MotorCityJacky a few times and felt like I was getting a better read on Jacky.

This game humbles the fuck outta me all the time.

 

This game will continue to humble you lol. Humbles me all the time but I keep on working on improving.
