In my mind I'm the BEST! ... even though in reality I'm just a mediocre player... who thinks that I'm way better than what I really am... also I've never won ANY VF tournament... but whatever man, I'm better than youuuuuu

Yeah, nice casual games against Soulkatana over the weekend, and actually between me loosening up considerably during the fights and the tips you gave have really given me an edge in ranked these last couple of days, got straight back into Defender and basically playing solidly at the mo'.

Silent, your Aoi was a lot of fun to fight and punished me for being predictable and doing too much abare ^_^ (Abare is especially bad when it is predictable lol). It was an excellent time and you made a lot of fun out of some very good reads! I really like how your Aoi has a nice mix of bait & punish as well as mindgames and reads.

AyuFanb0y, always a pleasure to fight you and always a lot of respect for you! I finally got to fight your Kage! And boy was that scary but very fun! I need to focus, need to play with options... I ran myself into your Jumonji and even simple basic moral poking many times. And thank you for being the other guy forcing me to fix my game ^_^ A lot of our matches were too much fun for me, thanks!

Sometimes I wondered if I was just frame-trapped or baited. With how much abare I sometimes do, it's hard to tell lol so I'll have to look more into Aoi and also tighten up my game which has been this week's project. I think you guys helped me with that towards the end hehe. Need to play with confidence in mindgames again... Since FS came out on consoles I think I enjoy the bait and whiff punish game way too much, and yes, it's strong, but it's still VF and a lot of times you still have to count on your mindgames. I need to recenter myself and get back to fundamentals and sharpen my play!

@Chanchai - those are the funnest matches to have, when you have to force yourself to adapt and correct your deficiencies in order to improve...beating up on punching bags does nothing for your game...going against a sparring partner does, especially if they're really tough. I'll keep a look out for these players.

GG's to Izuna Otoshi. Nice, very agressive venessa with seemingly a trap for every occasion. Good chance to break in my attempts at learning Jeffrey. Even gave my Goh a run for the money too. Fun times.
