i'm 50...WOOT. (not that ranking up takes any skill on this game.)

But getting to 50 so quick i'm temporarily burnt out on the game a smidgeon. But while MH is poorer for my absence, vf5 is all the richer. for now, at least.

At rank 38, still trying to get to my urgent. My friend kinda sped on to 48 and left me in the dust.

On the bright side, as a gunner I get compliments. I still think it's because there isn't a large amount of them.

 

yeah props to gunners for sure! i'm test out the waters with this one, but it feels completely different! it gets expensive maintaining both sets of armors and weapons as well.

I love playing with gunners, the utility they offer is ridiculous and they are the caster class of Monster Hunter.

I just started trying out Bowgunning today and while it was awkward for 15 minutes, I've grown to really enjoy it and I think it might end up being my favorite weapon to use.

However, my first priority for gear collecting is Blademaster, so my gunning progress is going to be very slow.

To compensate though, I will be giving priority to building a Sleep-Bombing Gunner set of gear. I'm not that crazy about Sleep Bombing, but at least I'll be available to do it if I get asked to.

I'll be using Social Dissonance's (YouTube author) set in his sleep bombing Alatrean tutorial as a guideline for that gear.

However, I certainly don't want sleep-bombing to dumb down or ruin my Monster Hunter experience!

I usually don't sleep bomb because the average random group doesn't coordinate like that. I probably should start doing it, at least as a kick off.
